R&R Quality Construction

What does the term “quality construction” mean to us?

We don’t use the typical sub-contracted crews that most of our competitors use.
You will have two journeymen trim carpenters (OUR CARPENTERS… not sub-contracted fence or landscape crews…) building your job 100% of the time, meaning every single cut will be perfect… no trim boards butt-ended together, no seams where they’re not supposed to be, every support post dead-centered on the pier, every square inch of the completed job perfectly level, a complete project (not unfinished, unwrapped support system for your composite/vinyl deck to cut costs), etc. The pride we take in our finished product is the reason that we get referrals from every single job that we build.

We hand pick and inspect every single framing joist, support post, rail post, and deck board BEFORE it is installed.
We do not cut corners to cut cost with low-grade lumber because that doesn’t save in the long run. We might be a little more expensive than the cheapest priced “contractor” up-front, but our quality will show in our finish work now and in the long-term value of the finished product… We also back up our work with a lifetime labor warranty that is only possible because of the quality of the products and the quality of the carpenters who are building our projects.

We SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOM DECKS AND SUNROOMS!!!
We are not your typical “contractor,” meaning we do not advertise fences, siding, windows, roofs, gutters, soffits, fascia, kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, lawn and garden work, and nineteen other projects, etc., because we have sub-contractors lined up to do all those different types of work… We are a custom deck and sunroom company, period. For fifteen years, we have been St. Louis and St. Charles’ PREMIERE CUSTOM DECK AND SUNROOM COMPANY, bar none. Before you sign a contract, let us come out and show you the difference between our quality and theirs. See for yourself what you’re really getting for your hard-earned money. You deserve the best you can get for your money.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
